FREQUENTLY ASKED
Commercial and delivery questions.
Can we buy Evalara online?+
No. Evalara does not provide self-service purchase or public workspace registration. Engagement begins with a technical assessment and agreed scope.
Does the platform price include model usage?+
Not by default. Model-provider, cloud, and other third-party charges remain with the customer unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
Can the pilot start with one application?+
Yes. The recommended starting point is one production workflow with clear users, representative cases, measurable outcomes, and accountable owners.
Are security and deployment requirements included?+
They are assessed before implementation. Requirements that materially change architecture, hosting, retention, or operational support are reflected in the final SOW.
TURN THE STARTING POINT INTO A SCOPEPrice one real pilot against its engineering requirements.
Final pricing follows the selected workflow, telemetry volume, evaluation design, data boundary, integrations, deployment, and support model.
